About: Cailyn Dougherty
Cailyn Dougherty graduated from Sam Houston State University. During her time there, she worked for the National Book Foundation's’ outreach program, BookUp, which solidified her determination to become a teacher. She is an English and Creative Writing teacher at Tomball Memorial High School in Tomball ISD. Her creative writing has won multiple awards, and can be found in The Oracle and Sam Houston State Review.
